Early in Carter’s introduction to talking, he started to differentiate between our reading room and the Other Room where we did most of our eating, computing, movie watching and game play. At some point, faced with the predicament of being in the Other Room but wanting to reference his bedroom in a request to read a book, Carter dubbed it the Other Other Room. Although creativity is everywhere, that’s where much of the storytelling takes place in our household.

This blog is an attempt to capture the minds of our delightful children, Carter and Archie (and soon to be Tibidi, as in TBD), as witness by the verbal things spewing from their mouths. The documentation of our kids wit and wisdom comes in traditional articles but also with things overheard and posted to Twitter.
